Privacy Policy

Alt Development Labs, Inc. is responsible for the information described in this policy for Score Keeper for Five Crowns, also offered as Score Keeper for Crowns Game, and its website.

Signing in is optional and is used only for backup and synchronization. Purchases and feedback are separate from your backup account.

Information we collect and why

• Games: Player names, player connections, groups, scores, game history, saved games and referral activity, to provide gameplay, multiplayer, backups and referral rewards. Game participants can see the names and scores shared in their game.
• Optional backup: If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we receive your account identifier and the profile information provided, such as your name and email address, to back up and sync your data.
• Purchases: Subscription status and transaction information from the app store, to provide Premium and restore purchases. The app store handles payment details.
• Feedback: Messages, replies, photos or files you choose to send, and any diagnostics you include, to respond to support requests. Diagnostics describe your device, app settings and app state; you can preview or disable them before sending. If you allow reply notifications, we use a notification identifier to deliver them.
• Technical information: Account, app and device identifiers, device and operating-system details, language settings and diagnostic information are collected automatically to run the service, resolve errors and prevent abuse. Invitation scans are processed on your device.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics collects feature and page usage, how you found the app or website, device details and approximate region inferred from your IP address. It uses app identifiers and website cookies to help us understand usage. Google may also use aggregated, de-identified statistics for measurement and service improvement. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Service providers

Providers of hosting, backup, sign-in, subscription management, analytics, support and notifications process the information needed for those services. We require providers acting for us to protect it to the standards in this policy and applicable law. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

Your choices

Analytics is enabled by default. Turn it off in Settings > Privacy & data in the app, or below for this website. Preferences apply separately to each installation or browser. You can remove backup connections in Account settings, choose whether to attach support diagnostics, and disable camera or notification access in device settings.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Use Settings > Privacy & data > Delete all my data to delete app data and the backup account currently connected. For another backup account, sign in to it separately. You can also request deletion at info@altlabs.ca. Uninstalling or disconnecting backup does not delete stored cloud data. Limited security, transaction and legally required records may be retained. Deleting data does not cancel an app-store subscription.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States or other countries where our providers operate, with legally required safeguards for international transfers. Your privacy rights

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service, meet legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests in security and reliability, or with your consent for optional processing. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data or limits on its use, withdraw consent, or complain to your privacy regulator. Children and policy updates

The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

We update the date above when this policy changes and provide further notice or request consent when required.
